We understand how important it is to make sure your team’s goals are aligned. This Objectives and Key Results (OKR) Template will help you establish what you want to achieve, as well as set benchmarks to measure your progress. Remember: OKRs need to be set at the organizational level, then the departmental level, and finally at the individual level.
